2. Website delivery and security
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. When you request a page, technical data such as the IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and security signals may be processed to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and operates a global network. Website traffic and related metadata may therefore be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Cloudflare provides contractual safeguards for international data transfers.
3. Enquiries
The enquiry form collects the fields you submit: name, email, organisation, current website, service interest, canton or working languages, message and the page from which the form was sent. The information is used only to assess and answer the enquiry, prepare requested pre-contractual work and protect the form against abuse.
Do not submit patient names, health information or case details. The form is designed for business enquiries and does not request sensitive personal data.
The website does not create a local database record for an enquiry. The validated message is sent by email to Salience Labs through Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. Resend sends from its Ireland region, while its account data, email metadata, logs and API records are stored in the United States. Resend provides contractual safeguards for international transfers.
4. Retention
An enquiry that does not lead to a client relationship is normally retained in the business mailbox for no longer than twelve months. It may be retained longer when required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. If an engagement begins, contract and accounting records follow their separate statutory retention duties.
Cloudflare and Resend apply their own documented retention periods to service and security records.
5. Analytics, cookies and external media
The current site does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, social-media trackers or embedded external media. It uses only technical storage that may be required for security and delivery at the network edge.
If measurement or campaign technology is added later, this notice will be updated before activation. A consent mechanism will be added where the selected technology requires one.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and its exceptions, you may ask whether Salience Labs holds personal data about you and request access, correction or deletion. You may also object to a particular use of your data. A request may require identity verification before information is disclosed or changed.
